Who is Jingi Agency, and how do we work in Thailand?

Jingi Agency is a digital agency founded by Félix de La Boissière, the engineer who created the Madata ERP and its AI assistant, Mia. We design, build and run websites, mobile apps, integrations and AI automations, in English, Thai and French.

Our home base is Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, and we work with businesses in Thailand remotely: video calls for scoping and reviews, a Thai WhatsApp number (+66 96 556 4049), and a test version of your project you can open on your phone at any time. We do not have an office in Thailand.

You deal with one contact, in the tools you already use: WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams. Everything is created in your name and handed over with documentation.

Phuket, Bangkok and the rest of Thailand

The same method, with different priorities depending on your customers.

  • Phuket

An economy built around tourism: hotels, villas, restaurants, dive shops, wellness and real estate. Sites need several languages, direct inquiries through WhatsApp or LINE, and a strong Google Maps presence. See web design in Phuket.

  • Bangkok

The country’s business capital, with SMEs, online retailers, startups and B2B services. Projects often combine e-commerce, SEO in English and Thai, CRM integrations and web apps. See web design and development in Bangkok.

  • The rest of Thailand, or abroad

Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Koh Samui or Hua Hin, or an owner managing from overseas: because we work remotely, your location changes neither the method nor the deliverables.

What can Jingi Agency build for your business in Thailand?

Four kinds of projects, often combined in one.

What is different about a digital project in Thailand?

Five local points make the difference, and we plan for them from the first call.

  • LINE comes first

LINE is the most popular messaging app in Thailand, and businesses reach customers through a LINE Official Account. The LINE Messaging API lets a site, app or chatbot work with it, as we do with WhatsApp.

  • PromptPay next to cards

PromptPay is Thailand’s government-backed instant payment system: the customer scans a QR code in a banking app and pays in baht. Stripe and Opn Payments (Omise) offer it alongside cards; Opn also covers TrueMoney Wallet and mobile banking.

  • PDPA from day one

Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), fully in force since 1 June 2022 and inspired by the GDPR, calls for a real consent banner, a clear purpose for every form and respect for people’s rights.

  • Several languages, done properly

Thai for local customers, English for expats and international clients, often more for tourism. Each language gets its own page addresses and hreflang tags, and texts are reviewed, never raw machine translation.

  • The right domain name

A .co.th domain is reserved for companies registered in Thailand (or trademark holders), with company documents required; a .com or .co works too. We confirm the rules with an accredited registrar.

What has Jingi Agency already built?

We do not name our clients. Here is what you can check for yourself.

  • Madata, on the App Store and Google Play

Madata is the ERP for SMEs in French-speaking Africa: sales, stock, accounting, payroll, point of sale and CRM, on the web, iPhone and Android, designed and deployed end to end by our team. Read the Madata case study (French).

  • Mia, an AI assistant connected through MCP

Mia, Madata’s AI assistant, reads and updates sales, accounting and stock, and answers directly inside ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Mistral through an MCP server. Read the Mia case study (French).

  • Recent missions

A customer portal with online quotes for an insurance and services group; years of accounting rebuilt from proprietary software without re-typing; point of sale, online booking and loyalty for shops and salons.

  • You own everything

Source code, accounts, data and documentation are handed over at launch: if you change provider, you leave with your whole project. More on our about page (French).

How does a project with Jingi Agency run?

Five stages, each with something you can see and approve.

  1. Scoping

A free call about your business and goals, then a clear scope, a schedule and a fixed quote broken down by stage.

  2. Design

User journeys, mockups and architecture, in the languages you need, approved before the first line of code.

  3. Build

Short deliveries on a test environment you can open from your phone at any time.

  4. Launch

Deployment, domain, store publishing, data migration, payment and messaging connections, and training for your team.

  5. Growth

Monitoring, maintenance, new features and automations, measured by inquiries, sales or hours saved.

Frequently asked questions about working with us in Thailand

Can Jingi Agency work with us if we are based in Phuket or Bangkok?

Yes. Jingi Agency works with businesses in Phuket, Bangkok and the rest of Thailand remotely: video calls for scoping and reviews, a Thai WhatsApp number for day-to-day questions, and a test version of the project you can open on your phone at any time. We have no office in Thailand; our home base is Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

Which languages does Jingi Agency work in?

We work in English, Thai and French, for meetings as well as deliverables. Websites are usually built in English and Thai, with more languages when your customers need them, for example in tourism. Each language has its own page addresses and hreflang tags, and texts are adapted and reviewed rather than published as raw machine translation.

Can our website or app accept PromptPay?

Yes, through a payment provider such as Stripe or Opn Payments (Omise). The customer scans a PromptPay QR code with a Thai banking app and pays in baht, and the provider confirms the payment to your site automatically. Cards, TrueMoney Wallet or mobile banking can be added depending on the provider. Fees vary and are checked at project time.

Can you connect our website or app to LINE?

Yes. LINE is the most popular messaging app in Thailand, and its Messaging API lets a website, app or chatbot work with your LINE Official Account: answering questions, confirming bookings or sending order updates. We connect LINE through its API in the same way we connect WhatsApp, and we define the exact use with you during the first call.

What does Thailand’s PDPA mean for a website?

The Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 has been fully in force since 1 June 2022. In practice, your site needs a consent banner that blocks analytics and advertising tags until the visitor agrees, a privacy notice explaining why each form collects data, and a simple way for people to ask for access to their data or its deletion.

How long does a project take, and how is it priced?

A showcase website is delivered in a few days. An app or a custom platform is built in stages, with a first usable version early on. After a free scoping call, Jingi Agency sends a fixed quote broken down by stage, with recurring costs such as hosting, store accounts or messaging fees listed separately.
